Software tools
Over the course of many years of engineering experience, RND Technology Consultants have developed software tools for internal use, for the purpose of efficient and reliable execution of repetitive tasks. This work was driven mainly by dissatisfaction with available open-source and commercial software products.
Two of such software tools have been made available to everyone. They are fully functional MS-Windows applications with some features reserved to a pro-version. Operation of the pro-version requires a paid yearly subscription, which comes with first-class support.
Pipe network hydraulics
Pipeweb is a versatile software application, capable of determining pressure and flow rate distribution for liquid flow through a network of pipes, containing branches, recycle loops, pumps, control valves and other equipment. PipeWeb supports steady state, dynamic and transient (water hammer) operating conditions.
Discrete event simulation
TaskFlux is a powerful software application for discrete event simulation. TaskFlux supports management decision making by demonstrating the benefits of new ideas in complex environments, free of risk.
